Safi Renewable Energy Limited promotes energy solutions that are safe, clean, and environmentally friendly. We create and offer efficient and ecologically friendly alternative power solutions for commercial and industrial users. We are also a developer of projects for solar, hydro and wind generation and distribution of; solar, hydro, and wind energy.
Water Treatment & Sanitation
We develop water treatment facilities, pipeline reticulation networks and water metering solutions. We also provide cost effective solutions that treat and reuse waste water. We also offer water reticulation solutions to customers in order to provide them with safe, potable Water for domestic and industrial applications.
Waste Management
We develop innovative Waste to Value (WtV), waste to power and waste recycling solutions for residential, corporate solutions for residential, corporate and industrial use. Furthermore we invest in a waste management process that covers waste collection and dump site rehabilitation.

Our Financial Partner
Safi Renewable Limited is a beneficiary of the Climate Fund Managers (CFM) group's financial partnership. CFM is a climate-focused investment manager that actively develops and invests in initiatives and businesses that help to mitigate and create resilience to climate change in the most vulnerable places.
CFM employs a hybrid financing strategy to attract public and private capital to invest in high-impact sectors in emerging economies, as well as to provide financing solutions for infrastructure developers in the renewable energy, water sanitation, and ocean sectors. CFM invests throughout the project lifecycle (development, construction, and operational stages).
CFM administers two specialty funds, Climate Investor One and Climate Investor Two, which have more than $1 billion in committed money and are mandated for the development and building of climate-related infrastructure in Emerging Markets. Our business activities reflect our dedication to environmental, social, and community sustainability, with three key areas in focus;
Social Responsibility
In conjunction with our partner, Climate Fund Managers (CFM), we have implemented an initiative to purchase and donate critical COVID-19 medical equipment that can be used for hospitals across three states in Nigeria including Akwa Ibom, Kaduna and Ogun State valued at a total of $750,000 - with each state receiving $250,000 each, as part of our efforts to help with climate change challenges and achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals or Global Goals (specifically Goals 6, 7 and 13). This intervention was made in response to help meet the states' COVID-19 equipment and Personal Protection Equipment [PPE] acquisitions.
Carbon Reduction
We recognise that our long-term sustainability and values creation will be driven by an integrated approach that aligns our business operations with our environmental impact. We constantly find ways to reduce our carbon footprint, utilising equipment that has the least negative impact on the community and the environment. Responsibly harnessing the natural energy and water resources required for each project we engage. Reducing trash and material waste through the practice of the reduce, reuse and recycle' ideology. And managing our operation processes, keeping environmental impact and good governance in mind.
Environmental Stewardship
With a stewardship mindset, we consider ourselves custodians of the environment as well as the communities in which we live and work. We believe that environmental protection is critical to building better futures for all of us, and we emphasise this to our employees, partners and other stakeholders. This viewpoint is represented in our commitment to maintaining, safeguarding, and restoring our natural environment through improved resource utilization in our business activities.
